Are these 60mm id or 60mm od?

The gasket fits the entire rim, ID to OD. As you can see from the picture they are about 1/4 inch plus in their width. They cover the entire width of the rim of the glass container.

Bought these for a Jar with a lid that says 80, and they seem way too small. Did I not use the correct number when looking looking for gaskets?

You will have to use the 80 mm rubber seals for the 80 mm lids to make it match

anyone know if Weck makes these in silcone? Since silicone doesn't dry out, crack and it's not as susceptible to temp changes.

These are rubber and I think these are the only ones they sell. But I do know that one can use them many times and wash in a dishwasher. They may stretch with time but never crack. Weck products are my favorite for caning and preserving, have been using them for years and years!!

When used for canning purposes, are these seals intended to be re-used, or are they one-use-only as are standard mason jar lids?

yes they can be reused with the old zink lids but don't know where you cn buy them anymore new. I used them for craft projects
