This is the easiest way to use barley to help keep your pond water clear. It's concentrated barley extract and you add the amount shown on the chart for the gallons of water in your pond. I use a bucket of water, add the amount of extract and pour into the pond. My fish love it because they can see where they're swimming. I love it because I can see my beautiful fish.

I like this product, but it does not come in the easy to measure container that they show in the picture. So it can be hard to measure and a little messy.

I have been using this product for years in my 6000 gallon koi pond and it works great if used properly. You need to start using this product before you have an algaeproblem and before it starts getting hot outside. My pond stays clear all summer but it will not prevent string algae from forming in the shallow stream that feeds my pond. When I first starting using this I found out quickly that if you already have a "green water pond" this will not work to clear it up. I have always used this at the maximum recommended strength all the time.

I used to be a big fan of this product probably and and mainly because it used to come with an adjustable dispenser ... It now comes with a generic bottle and I don't think it's as strong as it used to be . Used to be a decent product.. cut the quality didn't lower the price

Use this every year, does a great job controlling string algea in my 3000 gallon koi pond

The picture of this product shows a container with a measuring well that you can use. The actual product I received is just a jug of the extract with no measuring well. Luckily, I have used this product before and can refill the (smaller) container I have that DOES measure out the extract. The item is NOT as described by the picture.

Seems to work even though it smells like raw sewage temporarily.
