Can’t fault it really. It arrived on time and undamaged.I like this rug because the colour I chose really takes on the colour of the room really well.I have a duck egg blue feature wall and away from the wall it looks like a light grey, however next to the wall it kind of has a blue tint to it and it really suits the room.I also love the feeling of the rug on my bare feet. It isn’t fluffy and isn’t rough. It’s very soft feeling- without being fluffy.The thickness isn’t really there, however I can’t feel any lumps or bumps on the floor underneath, so it isn’t the thin thin. And my door does go over it so it is able to shut.Overall a good product. Plan on buying another
