We moved to paradise almost five years ago, but my health just steadily declined. It had never been great, but the never-ending allergens, lack of central air to help with dust, etc., and the smoke season coupled with preexisting food sensitivities, etc. leaving my daughter and I in very constant miserable shape. For real. This has been incredible. I had gotten tot he point where I was taking drowsy, woozy type allergy medicines. I have always tried natural things, but I'd really just given up. I had an old bottle and decided to have us try using it again because I was feeling crazier from allergy medicine and was frustrated. Right before I tried this again, I really, honestly broke down with despair over the frustration of living like we were and like I had for basically most of my 40+ years. Not only has this worked WONDERS for allergy issues, but the anti-inflammatory quality has eased my fibromyalgia tremendously. Part of why I am so clear about my love for this is that it doesn't make me tired at all and it helps lift the insane fog that I have been under for years. I'd gotten to the point where I had chronic conjunctivitis, headaches, and hives for years. Now, I can honestly say, I am FREE. It is a miracle supplement for me and for us. Not and day. Sometimes it takes letting go and giving up to get the gift of a miracle. I guess that is what it took for us. I'm so glad I had the bottle and thought to try it again. I will never go without it and neither will my daughter. We do take it max three times a day during the peak times. But it is worth it for me/us. Completely changed EVERYTHING. I am beyond thankful!

I had carefully reviewed the actual research on this form of Quercitin. Its probably a solid10-20 times more bioavailable than standard extracts plus it frees up more of the other beneficial available isolates in Quercitin. There is actually a surprisingly large body of research on it. So each pill has a net of 50mg which equates to at least 500 maybe 1000mg. The research is totally positive on this form.I bought this because I seemed to have digestion problems on standard Quercitin and I hoped that this might help. So far so good though its only been a couple of days. So while this might be a bit pricey it appears to be well worth it. Quercitin has so many amazing properties that they don't even put on the label10 days later....I'm seeing clear blood pressure effects. I take my pressure every day. I've dropped maybe 5 points on each measure. The research bears this out on a high dosage. Between this and grape seed extract I've cut my actual meds in half!

I have mast cell activation syndrome and take medication to keep it under control, which takes enough of the discomfort away to continue small daily tasks. The quercetin pushes this higher, making my quality of life and energy, better. Enough so that joint pain has diminished enough, as well as muscles, etc., that I can walk faster than without. Due to other issues, I have more symptoms than I can list here, yet these particular pills have made enough of a difference that I will continue to buy. Amazingly enough, I am only taking half recommended dose,; hypersensitive to everything.I recommend this brand, yet because every body system is different, cannot guarantee as much of a positive difference as I experience.

i do not believe Quercetin is a miracle drug. I think it's a remedy. And like any other remedy, ideally you shouldn't need itstop eating allergenic foods, and living in allergenic, modern (carpeted) interiors. Quercetin might suddenly become less "remarkable"That being said: it has significantly* improved my quality of life during histamine reactions. I will adopt a hypoallergenic lifestyle...

Great product for those in healthcare surrounding sick people. Ill take this for few days if I’ve been exposed to sick patients

and this brand is most effective. I discovered years ago that when taking quercetin I was not waking up in the middle of the night with horrible allergies which was a nightly occurrence. Now I just take one at night unless I'm experiencing seasonal allergies and will then increase to one or more during the day as needed. I have not had to take allergy meds in several years. If I was limited to only being able to take one supplement it would be this because of the way it makes a noticeable difference in my quality of life.

I’ve been on quercetin for a long time for bad allergies - the kind that requires MULTIPLE antihistamines. (Mast Cell Activation Disorder - basically your body releases too much histamine to too many stimulus). This quercetin is WAY more potent and WAY more effective than regular quercetin. I take a lot less of this, and only once a day, and it really helps my allergies. It’s a little spendy but well worth it due to it’s effectiveness. Also this is a good brand that I trust. I’ve been researching and taking supplements for more than 20 years, and this one brand I always feel comfortable recommending to others.
