I was tired of buying gallons of windshield washer fluid for our cars and my friends cars whenever I'd work on them (I'd top off everyone's fluids, and no one seems to ever buy washer fluid). I've got a syringe I use to measure the tiny amount needed per gallon of water prepared. Seems to clean just as well as the store bought stuff. I do notice a slight musty smell if you store a bottle for more than a few months (this is likely due to using tap water), so just make it as needed and you should be fine. I should be set for life now based on the number of gallons that this 1 gallon bottle will make.

So I run a very busy quick lube and I have been 5 gal buckets of washer fluid concentrate from my distributors on a weekly basis. This product has already doubled its worth in just a couple weeks. It only takes a few oz. Every 4 days. No odor works great. I have not added methanol and winter has not yet set so that still remains to be seen. I will definitely keep purchasing for many years.

Works great but the below freezing recommendations are not correct. You need twice as much recommended methanol to keep from freezing at -25 degrees. Found out the hard way. Value per gallon is phenomenal, color matches, its longevity is great, smell is minimal, its cleaning ability is subpar.

Cover everything you don't want to be blue. The smallest drop will cover your whole arm!Seriously this stuff goes a long way. It will wash off your skin fairly easy. But it will stain concrete, wood, anything porous. And if you mix it too strong it just covers your windshield in a chalky fill.It doesn't clean bugs off that good. Basic dirt only.The up side is you can make 5000 gallons of ineffective stuff from this one gallon.
