The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the pictures make it look like you’ll receive the keychain size bottle, the medium bottle, and the large bottle. You only get the big bottle which was a bummer. I use this for pole dancing. Wanted to try some different products to see what works best for me since my hands are constantly sweating. This product works fairly well. I use this along with another product and couldn’t be happier with how much my hands can grip now.

Used today for the first time. I normally use Liquid Grip, but thought I would give this a try since it was pictured in the deceptive photo of the small squeeze bottle that I wanted. First , you don't get that, just the large bottle, so I refilled my Liquid Grip squeeze bottle. Second, the chalk is very liquid and takes a bit longer to dry, but most importantly it does not stay on half as well as the Liquid Grip does. Bottom line, I'll use it up and go back to Liquid Grip, and remember next time, you get what you pay for!

Does what it is intended. A little pastier than my previous brand. A dime size drop was more than enough to get the job done for the duration of workout. The remaining chalk residue washed off with ease. I have no complaints.

This stuff really works. It will improve your grip while it lasts. It is amazing for bouldering. It does wear off, so a rope route is less ideal. It does continue to keep your hands dry throughout an entire rope route, but a little magic wears off with each hold. I have used it both indoors and outdoors. I cannot tell a difference between the two.

Tried this stuff because it's cheaper than liquid grip, but I'm switching back. The bottle leaked even though the cap is screwed on tight. It's super messy compared to liquid grip, and it needs reapplied more often. Not worth it IMO.

I have been using this since I have received it and its been really useful. I have been performing lots of compound and heavy workouts to get stronger and sometimes the bar was slipping in my hands but with this I feel like its way better also this is very portable I put it in my pockets or my bag and have it with me all the time while at gym.

The liquid chalk itself is nice. Just enough to keep your hands dry without being messy. The 50ml bottle it’s in however is a no go next time. The top can pop open sometimes and then come out. After throwing it onto my car seat it spread across my leather. I can clean it but gotta keep an eye on the cap.

Way better liquid chalk for the money out there, but I do enjoy the mini bottle with the carabiner. The chalk just doesn’t last and I end up using way more than the previous brand I had. You get what you pay for I suppose *shrug*

I've just started going to pole classes, and after a disastrously sweaty handed first lesson I got some of this. Second lesson was so much better! My instructor said it is better to apply it to the pole but it can dry hard onto it, so I prefer putting it on my hands.

I usually use Dryhands but found I was going through the tiny bottle so quick and its not exactly cheap so thought I would try a liquid chalk. Well so far I've found it really good, I've only had to reapply a few times during class where as with Dyhands I was reapplying for practically every move! (I suffer with very sweaty hands). The bottle is big so should last a long time and therefore works out so much cheaper for me.

I have used the normal block of chalk for years and had never heard of this product until a coach at the gym introduced me to it . I love it, it's so much cleaner than traditional chalk, your gearbag stays clean and no more chalk all over your clothes. grip-wise, it is just as effective as the traditional chalk but it also lasts for the entire session, just one application at the start of a session and you are done, no need to re-apply. you only need a small bit so this bottle should last a long long time.

The chalk liquid as a product is ok, it does grip reasonably well however is the chalk to stick to clothing etc. However my main issue with this product has been the plastic bottle it is stored in. For some reason the inside base of the cap just fell after a week or so of me carrying it with me to the gym, meaning the lid wouldn’t seal and the liquid was falling out. Unfortunately this has meant I can no longer use this product. Potentially a fault plastic bottle?

I'm going to say I only have one gripe with this item and that's the lack of little tiny granules inside the mixture, for this price I would expect it to be premium but, alas, it lacks this one thing. It's very smooth and I would have loved it to have the tiny particles inside to make it sligtly (but not uncomfortably) abrasive like some other products I've used. Otherwise a good product and does not leave marks on clothes which is a lovely touch.

I use it for pole fitness. It works really well, gives me good grip and isn’t TOO white on the hands. My only issue is that the residue left at the opening dries and crumbles so every time I open the lid it makes a mess of crumbly white bits all over the studio floor. So when using it it’s best to clean the opening before closing the lid.

purchased for father who still likes to lift despite his age. found it comfortable and easy to use with the liquid gel providing good grip. size of bottle is good as it can be stored away in small bag whilst in the gym.

Perfect for use on the pole, quick delivery and a good price can't fault the product or the seller as this stuff is like gold dust or over expensive usually

Tried many of the more expensive options available on Amazon and none seem to keep my hands moisture free like the liquid chalk from Novu fitness. Good texture, clean design, and even more millilitres than the other options! Will buy again when I run out. Thanks Novu!

This is way better than i expected. Chalks your hands up, stops sweaty hands and maximizes your grip. Easy to apply and not messy if you dont use too much.

I started barbell training a few months ago and had reached a plateau with my dead lift due to grip problems. I had started using the hook grip but was still having some problems. Got this and progress has resumed, great stuff and also a fast delivery. The company seems eager to please. I got the middle sized product and haven't had any issues with busted or opening bottle tops.

I use this for climbing, only tested it on indoor walls so far but it works amazingly. Much easier than dealing with a bag and ball of chalk, a lot less mess and you can get great coverage. There’s something about liquid chalk that just seems to absorb the moisture / evaporate it in your hands. There are lots of options for liquid chalk but out of the prime ones (I needed this the next day), this seemed to be the best price / ml option and I’m glad I got it, will definitely be purchasing again.

Amazing product I had bought this as chalk balls before and was impressed so decided to try this version and I am impressed again will definitely be buying more from this seller 💪

Works well. Very runny (that’s why 4 stars). I advise keeping in a bag as could make a mess. Although it drys very quickly. Has helped me grip my tennis racket through some tough matches this summer.

Fantastic buy, dries quick and easy to wash off. I started using it for deadlifts and was able to go to max weight without straps. I also use it with heaving dumbbell work as my gums dumbbells only have a shallow textured cut on the handle. Recommend to any gym goer
