Is this the same/right piece for the yamcdm8sbk, 6-8 cup (32oz) brew tower?

This is the coil for the Yama 25 Cup Brew Tower. For the 6-8 Cup Brew Tower, you will need to smaller YAMCDM8C ( CDM8 REPLACEMENT GLASS COIL FOR YAMA 6-8 CUP COLD BREW TOWERS).

What is the inner diameter of the top inlet? Does it fit a 24 ID male joint?

This glass piece is designed to fit loosely inside the glass outlet from a second glass piece that drips coffee through it and into the coil. This unit is quite delicate and we would not recommend adding a male fitting to the piece.

How do you clean inside the coil?

We use two different cleaning techniques. Soak in hot water with denture cleaner tab. Second option is to use a straw cleaner, as long as the straw cleaner stick is long enough and skinny enough you can clean the bottom part and top. But soaking and letting a consistent stream of hot water run through is best.

Gorgeous but for the 25 cup tower

Beware this will work with the 8 cup brewer but it is HUGE and clearly meant to be used with the 25 cup tower.
