People really need to make this type of sugar popular. Maybe create competition so it can be cheaper someday.I did blood test on me and my mom and light unrefined like this are half the blood sugar raise at 1 1/2 times the amount compared to sugar and brown sugar (those are identical turns out also never mix cooked honey and molasses -big skyrocket).Also you can blend this far better than popular raw crystals (don't know the blood sugar difference) if you have a vitamix for a short extra blend you can have chocolate mousse, it's that fine.The dark is better for what you would put molasses in as it tastes the same and I'd wager better blood sugar but this tastes like brown sugar and I love it.

This tastes really good to me. I heard the dark brown could be strong but this one is just right imo. Also great price for two compared to buying it from other places for just one!. Definitely my go to for muscovado sugar. I use it to make bubble tea. The measuring spoons are also nice.

I bought it for a specific recipe. I've now used it in two recipes, and it substitutes for brown sugar. =^..^=

so robust only need a little bit. Great with ginger recipes.
