Good starter bag
I am a Professional Rescuer/HCP Basic Life Support/Laymen Rescuer CPR-AED/Advanced First Aid/Oxygen Administration Instructor, been certified in CPR/AED for 14 yrs, been on Emergency Rescue Squads for four years, and Confined Space Rescue Certified.First of all I agree with a former reviewer on the layout of the bag, you have to dig everything out to get to it. Now to resolve this problem, I got an old plastic box, and took all my small first aid supplies and put it all in that, and it sits on top of all my trauma supplies. Layout is critical, it took me about an hour tops to draw a diagram after getting the layout straight.Btw for anyone TRAINED to use a BVM I suggest getting the pocket BVM, or put your regular bvm in the mesh pocket up front with oxygen resivoir at the bottom with shield connector at top, before filling the inside of the bag.My bag holds 2 dozen antiseptic wipes, 1x 1oz bottle Hand Sanitizer, 1x CPR Face Shield w/Hard Case, assorted bandaid sizes, 1x CPR microshield, 6 piece Oral Airway kit,1x adult nasal airway, 1x Adult BVM, 1x LED magnetic light, 1x utility scissor, 1x 4oz. Alcohol spray bottle, 2x Combi pads, 1x z-pack, 2x emergency blankets, 3x emergency water packs, 15x 4"x4" gauze pads, 10x 3" roll gauze, 1x eye trauma kit, 2x Israeli Bandages, 2 C.A.T. tourniquets, and 4x Celox-A kits.

Decent
This bag is decent if you need to only carry a handful of items. The bag could be better organized as well with more individual compartments. I could not fit everything I wanted in the bag so I will have to buy a bigger bag.The sternum strap is set too high on the shoulder straps and instead of resting on my chest it is around my neck. If you are a skinny person it may work for you but I have a big chest and it doesn't work. Outside mesh pouches are ok but could have been better if they were solid. The inside pockets are set too far down into the bag and required me to remove many items to reach something in lower pockets. The overall shape of the bag also hurts your ability to store more items.I gave it three stars because the outside zipper failed after one use. I am not overly concerned because the pocket is too small to be effective. I recommend this bag for someone that just needs a few essentials on hand. Do not buy this for a first responder because you will spend too much time emptying it each time you need something in the bottom. Buy a bigger bag with more compartments and stay organized.

May be the same as the Cheaper Arsenal 5243 Back Pack Trauma
I like the bag overall. However, it does not open fully like this picture shows, so you have to dig out several items to get to the bottom. The way it is designed you really cannot see things in the pockets at the bottom either. Also, I am 90% certain that this is the same chinese manufacturer as the cheaper Arsenal 5243 Back Pack Trauma but with a different logo emblem on it. I did not see that one until after I ordered it and decided not to go through the effort of returning and finding out. If anyone ever finds out I would love to have them reply to this.

Not the most durable bag out there
Pretty useful backpack for EMS. It's bright, reflective, comfortable, and has plenty of storage space but the stitching is sub-par. I had one of the should straps come off completely within the first two months. I reinforced the stitching on my own and added another 8 months to its lifespan, but recently I had the zipper completely fall apart while treating a patient. Rather to trying to put the bag back together a second time I've opted to invest in a different backpack. This is a good bag for occasional use, but if you plan on using it daily it's unlikely it will last a year. It's also slightly deeper than I anticipated so I have to take it off every time I move through tight areas.

Awesome Bag
This bag is really good quality, and it's a great pack to use for a simple bugout bag. I've had a similar EMS bag like this for my Naval Corpsman training, and figured I could use a new one. This bag has a lot of pockets that vary in size, to insure a full range of medical stock up. I really love this bag, and it's a bright orange that it easily seen from a far distance, and it's not too small or too big. It fits right in the trunk of my personal vehicle and doesn't take up much room at all. A con of this bag is that the straps are quite stiff, which i'm sure will soften up after some use, but other than the straps, this bag is great.

The little things....
I was very excited to get this pack. It is as described. The reason for the 2 stars though is: 1) The shoulder strap are poorly placed. Meaning they come together at the top(See pic) and if you pull the pack tight on your back(where most comfortable) the straps cut into your neck. 2) Because of the bad strap placement the Cell/GPS pouch is useless because it will sit around your ear level when pack is in a place of comfort. 3) the pockets are all the same size. Would be nice to have different width pockets for 4X4 and larger. The mesh pocket can't be fully used because the one in front are sewn on so tight that the one behind can't stretch to there full potentialThis is still a good pack for say a first responder vehicle or the trunk of a squad car, but for use in wilderness or the outdoors not so.

Better than expected from Rothco
I usually shy away from anything Rothco, but I have become more increasingly impressed with their merchandise lately. This pack is quality all the way. There are plenty of pockets and slots for all of my supplies and there is plenty of room left over. I have had a lot of bags, but this one is the best, yet. If you are an EMT or first responder, get this bag. It is difficult to lug around a jump bag while on a search party, but this fits just right and allows freedom to move around. Overall... I love it!

Good quality but Ad is misleading.
The backpack is excellent quality, zippers work great, and the pockets are just as described..but the one thing that got me was that I (whether naive or not) assumed that the backpack would come with everything in the picture, but the contents of the pack are not included, but it is still a great backpack nonetheless
