Awesome!!!
I really like this drone. gps, video stabilization, return home all work great. Awesome video footage! It's built well with its metal frame. I flew my bebop today in freezing temperatures and the batteries still lasted around 10 minutes. Normal temps it's around 15 minutes. I've had zero problems. I also have crashed it a few times into small branches outside, and walls (inside) but it doesn't faze the bebop. It keeps on going. Also you can buy flight plan in the free flight app (20USD) which lets you pre make the flight you want your bebop to go. If anything happens to my drone I'll definitely upgrade to the bebop 2. One thing I suggest is you get the skycontroler for the bebop. Makes it 10x easier to fly, and there's more you can do. I love the live feed on my iPad with the controller. I had a hard time trying to fly it with just my iPad, but with practice it can be done. Also get extra batteries, more flight time! Get the package deal with the bebop drone and skycontroller to save $$$ I got the more rare yellow bebop. Make sure you learn how to fly it before you take it hundreds of feet up.*Update* (March 2017) Still really like the Parrot Bebop! It Flies just as good as when I first took it out of the box. And I'm still using the same batteries. One thing I learned is to calibrate your Bebop before every flight. (Yes every battery swap too) This way the gps and sensors are 100% in working order. I noticed when I didn't calibrate the drone it drifted a bit. Otherwise everything is perfect. fly high!*Update*(September 2019)I Still have the parrot bebop. The chargers I have for the batteries are not working. (Might be bad batteries) And have not even tried contacting parrot. I guess I lost interest in flying. But If I buy new batteries and a charger i don’t see why it wouldn’t fly the same. Although it does drift a bit even when calibrated. Maybe one day I’ll upgrade to a better drone if I get into flying again.

all of a sudden it shows a motor broken message after perfect flights the day before
It has done its job, although it also has had some minor issues due to software updates. But one day, all of a sudden it shows a motor broken message after perfect flights the day before. I don't get it, and will be sending it in for repairs.

Great little quadcopter.
So far its been a fun adventure. Great experience. So much more stable than the toy ones. And video is amazing.Only downside was the stock batteries it came with were bad and in reviews thats a common problem. But the vender I purchased it through made it supper easy issued me a refund and I purchased better venom 1600 batts. 10 min+ flight time.

Great drone very easy to fly and control
Great drone, very easy to fly and control. Video quality is great. Would be great if you could reduce the resolution since a 4 minute flight is already more than a gigabyte of information. The hover feature is great. Would be nice to have some lights for night time flying.

Master of Diving
I give two stars just cause it's a drone and it can fly. Now, put special focus on word "can" cause it sure doesn't do it at all times. Well, it does fly but with no control most of the times. It constantly looses connection between phone and drone which can end very dramatically. In my case it lost connection and never returned. It kept hovering over the lake till the batteries just died out, after that happen you can imagine what happened with it - Parrot took a nose first dive into the cold river. So Long Parrot boys.Do I recommend this device? Absolutely not - unless you are looking for a great free diver as it does the job perfectly.

WiFi connection needs improvement.
Second time I use the drone, I lost the wifi connection to it and was never able to reconnect to it while it was in the air. Glad there was no wind gust that day! Had to wait for the battery to die for it to land.

Great value mid-spec camera drone.
This is my second bebop 1, having had #1 hit a very big tree in a very big forest and being lost forever! (My fault entirely) The bebop is extremely easy and great fun to fly especially with the Skycontroller which makes piloting a lot easier. A phone or tablet can be used for piloting but I found this more difficult. The free Freeflight Pro software (IOS and Android) from Parrot allows customisation of the drone and shows FPV images during flight which makes orientation and lining up shots simple.Filming is in HD, looks great on the TV and compares well to a small hand-held video camera. The HD photo images are full fisheye and require correction before use. Software is available on the web or Photoshop has a lens profile for the bebop1 and 2. JPG photo setting can give a corrected image. Flight time is about 7-8 minutes in my experience but this is plenty when filming. Robust construction. As the bebop 2 is now available, the discounts on the bebop 1 and skycontroller 1 are pretty keen so can open the world of drone flying and filming at a reasonable price. A great wee drone but watch out for trees!
