The Good Patch Plant Powered Sleep Support - Sustained Release Dream Patch with Melatonin, Hops, Valerian Root (8 Total Patches)

Love these patches!! I got these as part of a Fab Fit Fun box in both the sleep/dream version and the energize one with caffeine. I didn't love the energy ones as I drink a lot of coffee so I didnt really feel the effects of it but the nighttime ones are AMAZING - I just reordered 2 more packs of these. I put it on the inside of my wrist right before going to sleep and as a very light sleeper who is also an overthinker (and currently planning a wedding) I tend to have a hard time falling asleep and these patches ensure I fall asleep within 5-10 mins of applying and the best part is I STAY asleep until the morning.

So far so good. Seems like it helps my sleep.

Did not seem to help to fall asleep. We both thought that by the fourth patch maybe the patch helped for perhaps a deeper sleep. While we wondered if continued use would improve the results, these are far too expensive to continue to experiment with. Over $18.00 for 8 patches seems somewhat high compared to other patch products.

I thought it worked OK and bought more. Then those didn't seem to work as much.I do they they are very expensive for what they are so haven't reordered in a while.I need to re-analyze.

I love these patches when I travel out of town or just when I want to sleep in on a Saturday they help me sleep sooo good!! They stay on I tried a different brand and the patch came off during the night not buying that one again. Sticking to tried and true The Good Patch brand. I want to try some of the other ones in their line!!

I have a crazy schedule which does not allow me to goto bed at the same time everyday.... thus I need a little help. I've tried everything and anything and something leave me star gazing all night and some leave me feeling hung over the next day. The Good Patch, Dream Patch allows me to fall asleep within a reasonable amount of time and stay asleep all night long.... that being said I'm a light sleeper and still wake up if I hear something which as been that way my entire life.... so all in all I would give this a try.... I'm actually ordering some of their other products and hope they don't dissapoint.

I love these patches. I use the B12, sleep, dream and active. All of them are amazing. I rest so peacefully and have a lot more energy at 46 with these patches.

Found the revive patches at a wedding we went to, and they were in a gift bag. They worked so well had to try these and this works great. If you try you will not be disappointed.
