Q: Is Is this a light weight material for summer?

It is a lighter weight denim, not heavy like a true blue jean. I live in AZ, and it's light enough for our summers. Hope this helps!

Yes!! I have 3 pairs of these. They run true to size. If you order regular fit in your size. If you order curvy they are a little loose through the hips and thighs

Q: Are these pants stretchy throughout? Specially around the knees area?

I don’t feel as though they are stretchy like traditional capris or jeans with spandex. These are very loose in the knee area, they are straight leg cut
