Works great! You just have to hook it up properly with either RCA jacks included or Optical cord. Some small speakers will not work well or at all. I used a small ANKER stereo speaker and it's great with this transmitter. A perfect match.I turned off the speakers on the VIZIO TV totally because there is a very ,very slight delay and it sounds like reverb if you leave the TV speakers on.

I was ready to send this thing back till I discovered that there is a secret to using it, and that secret is: don't make it more complicated than it is. Plug it in, plug in your sound source (a ham radio/scanner in my case) put your speaker into pairing mode, and turn the transmitter on. Beautimous. And it seems to have a pretty decent range; I'm sitting in my office, and the remote speaker in the front room is about 40 feet and several walls from here. This will be an important addition to our ARES severe weather gear.

We love to watch TV outside on our back patio - but we did not like that we had to turn the TV volume up so high to be able to hear it outside, I felt like all of our neighbors could hear what we were watching and I didn't want that.That's where this little guy comes in! I was able to hook this up to my TV and connect our bluetooth speakers to this unit, that way we could have the volume however loud each of us needed it to be in order to hear it! It was so easy to get hooked up and connect to our JBL speakers. We sit about 20 feet from the TV while outside so the range seems to be adequate. Signal is strong enough that we don't lose audio even through the walls of the house if we bring our speak inside with us while we get a drink.I will say the unit is a little "big" for my use-case. I had to get some velcro and get creative to mount this to the back of my TV to hide it since the TV is hanging on an exterior wall of my house. May not be a big deal if you have your TV sitting on an entertainment center and just set this down next to the TV. But if you wall-mount. you should take this into consideration.

Just ordered my third one.I have many Bluetooth devices, and this product is the best of all the transmit only I have.Why? Because they never screw up! It outputs Bluetooth to two devices at once.Do Not get the cheaper one of the two! It isn't good.

i just do not like it it connects ok, but doesn't have good volume if you using bone conducting headsets . I feel that it should state to use with headphones with volume application I'm very disappointed. I've beer using this since i bought it and it'd just been a dissepiment. Unfortunately I own them and that's that. Know i have to find a unit that works with my headphones.

Easy Setup, the instructions are printed on the packaging! I found out the hard way that Blue Tooth has a large time latency. If you use the TV speakers and use this to send to another set of Speakers with Blue Tooth you may hear an annoying delay in the Blue Tooth Speakers up to 400 milliseconds. I was trying to use this to transmit to a boombox inside of a restaurant while I performed out in the patio area with my main speakers... the delay latency made it unusable. If you are only using this to go to 1 main sound source you may not notice anything. I now plan to us a RF fm transmitter similar to what guitarist use for wireless.
