Definitely works. I’ve started using them with my second child now and they still work great. As with any nipple you get from anywhere, the clearness starts to fade as it wears out. But it still works and cleans well. Dishwasher safe.

I have a spectra pump so naturally I use spectra bottles. For some reason I had been having the hardest time finding spectra nipples so I could just give that bottle to my kid. These actually fit in the pink ring top portion. Huge lifesaver!

Both of the nipples have a rib near the hole unlike the original spectra ones I have. It took me a while to understand why my baby was being fussy and not drinking milk from certain nipples though they 'looked' same. So I had to trash these.

It fits well on my spectra storage bottles! Finally i don't have to buy more bottles for my baby!

My son LOVES only Motif nipples.During the first two (2) weeks we tried other bottles for him Dr. Brown, Avent, Evenflo, Tommee, and MAM with no luck!

definitely not the same ones that came with the pump. They are not a slow flow. I dont recommend for a early newborn, maybe more for a stage 1 nipple, then I would recommend.
