Soul Five Overdrive Guitar Pedal used for Rock, Fusion, Jazz and Blues.

I bought this pedal having heard a demo from the mighty Greg Howe. I could never expect to get his tone which, of course, comes from his fingers. That said, there was a certain tonality to his playing I enjoyed, during the demo, so I gave the pedal a shot! I wasn’t disappointed, the sound is soulful as described and great to push the front of a good tube amp. The dials light making it easy to see and it has superb tone shaping controls. My amps are quite dark sounding, and I was able to dial in a brighter sound with the treble control. I highly recommend this pedal for OD enthusiasts, I have many and keep coming back to this one.

The media could not be loaded.  Wow!! this is an awesome pedal. Really kills. Great tone. I watched Greg Howe using it in a video and had to have it. It changes the style of my playing and brings out the blues. Sounds great on different amps too. Great dynamics and feel. Love the lights too. Makes it easy to see.

Plays just like Greg Howe's review said. Gives extra bite to your own Amps Overdrive. It also providesa smooth heat to any clean channel, the meat button really thickens your sound and that's my favoriteadjustment when activated. The LED lights are a real nice bonus.
