i'd think so i'm 6'0 and 190 and they fit

I'd guess and say med. Or large

Do these have a sheer toe or reinforced? ie Can you wear them with open-toed shoes?

The black ones have a reinforced toe and I wouldn’t wear with an open toe shoe.
