Shipping took about a month longer than expected delivery date but amazon blamed covid19, which I'll say is understandable given the current circumstances. Still was very excited to try it out when it arrived. Was a bit skeptical at first and was not expecting much since it was a lot cheaper than other more expensive options, but this did not disappoint!5 stars for Easy to use! Syringe and brush made it mess-free an easy to apply, and the mouth tray was quite comfortable even though my mouth&teeth are smaller than general "standard" sizes. It's a bit difficult to control squirting the gel from the syringe as sometimes it would feel stuck but when pressing too hard, too much would suddenly ooze out so it took a bit to figure out how to control the syringe. Recommended amount of gel is 1mL but I found that a less (~1/2mL) was more than enough to cover all my teeth and I used by applying first to the mouth tray then some directly to my teeth using the brush provided before biting onto the mouth tray. The LED light turns off automatically after 10 minutes which is a big plus since I don't have to be paranoid about keeping an eye on the timer.4 stars for Whitening capabilities only because I haven't used it long/consistenly enough to see a big difference but I have noticed that my teeth look brighter than usual (and I'm an avid coffee drinker).4 stars for Flavor. I've used whitening strips and other whitening brush-on gels in the past and I've noticed that most of these whitening products have a distinct taste when it comes in contact with saliva. I think that's inevitable due to the nature and ingredients of these products, but thanks to the mouth tray, the taste is a lot less noticable and you might only taste it slightly at the end when you take the tray out to rinse your mouth. Honestly, it didn't bother me much compared to some of the other products I've tried.Overall 5 stars! It beats having to keep your mouth open consciously like when using strips or brush-on gel; the mouth tray makes it super comfortable and easy to use. Only thing I'd wish to see improved is seeing an actual product description with a list of ingredients and recommendations for maximum effect/results (i.e. at night, x minutes after eating, before/after brushing teeth or don't use immediately after brushing teeth, etc.). The product did include an instruction sheet which was helpful but I've found most other products mention when to/not to use such as do not use immediately after eating or brushing teeth. But this product didn't mention anything of the sort so it kept me in the dark and I just had to guess. Used it mainly at night after brushing teeth before going to bed and it's been working out for me so far. Love it so far and would definitely recommend!

Great product. I'd like to start by saying that I've smoked heavily and have drank coffee and tea for the better part of twenty years. I've also never had my teeth whitened at the dentist. The only other product I have tried were those Crest White strips, but I don't feel like they worked as well as they should have for the cost. I've been using this product for the past nine or 10 days. Here's what I do. I will start by really drying my teeth off well with some toilet paper or paper towel. Once my teeth are dry I will put a little bit of the whitening gel on my top and bottom teeth. I find that I can easily get three applications out of one syringe. then I will use the little brush that it comes with and sort of paint it all over my front teeth, trying to avoid my gums and lips. a little bit always gets on your gums and lips and every now and again it might Sting for 5 or 10 seconds, but then it's fine and doesn't hurt anymore. Then I'll put the LED tray in and set a timer on my phone for 15 minutes. At the end of the 15 minutes I'll take out the LED tray and rinse my mouth out really well. There is a little bit of an aftertaste but it's fine really, I wouldn't let that deter you from trying this. I didn't really have high hopes of this product working well, just from my past experience with teeth whitening. But I really wish I had taken a before photo. I can honestly say my teeth do work to be several shades whiter. I'll try and upload my after photo here online with my review. It's worked really well towards the edges of my teeth. But way up high by the gum line there is still some staining. So I'm getting ready to buy a refill pack of the gel and do this for another week or two. Overall I am completely satisfied what this whitening kit. I definitely recommend giving it a try.

Ok, This is day one of opening the package: The packaging is great as everything is contained in a box and each individual thing is safety sealed in plastic which is very nice (considering the virus) so packaging is 10/10. The mouthguard fits in nicely and can separate from the light for easy cleaning. I can honestly say that after two uses, I see a difference in my already pretty white teeth. One issue I had was that the whitening serum did squirt out fast so I put too much in the guard. If you have this issue, I recommend just getting the tool its contained in and syphon the remaining serum back in the holder for future use. I also don't even like squirting the serum in there as I am not even sure it will touch all of my teeth. Thats where the little brush comes in handy; I like to just squirt a little bit of the serum into the guard and dip the brush in to paint it onto my teeth. I have found that this allows you to confident that all of your teeth will be whitened and you can use less serum. The other great thing is that there's an opportunity to earn a free gift (if you write a review) so here i am. Hopefully the gift is not a coupon or something and it's good, as I am looking forward to it.
