Best gluten free pasta
I love this millet pasta. The texture and taste are very close to real pasta. And it doesn’t have a bunch of weird ingredients like a lot if gluten free pastas. Millet is an agent grain so you’re getting a healthy pasta too.

Don’t use oil to boil the noodles
I like this pasta! You need a good sized pot for the water!I made it with browned butter and it was good!

Really tasty.
This was a great tasting and good mouth-feel product. Once it starts to boil turn it down to a slow simmer/boil and don’t over cook it. Rinse immediately at the Eve if the cooking time. It holds up great and tastes good too! I was very pleasantly surprised and pleased.

Damaged Box But I’m Confident That It Will Still Be Good
I have to eat wheat free. I’ve had this product before, and it cooked well without becoming mushy. It’s useful for many pasta dishes, and I like it. When it arrived this time it was in a padded mailer. The box was damaged, but the plastic containing the pasta seems to be intact. It would have been 5 stars, but I gave 4 stars only due to packing the box for delivery. Please Amazon take heed, and pack items properly!

Thankful they created this
Taste wise, I think it's even better than brown rice pasta. Texture is really great. Flavor is like the corn part, of a corn tamale, but more subtle. I'm actually really impressed. I'm sensitive to high oxalate foods. For example eating sweet potatoes makes me feel like I got hit by a truck, tons of fatigue... and a lot of low lectin foods, are high in oxalates. I think millet is slightly lower. This is an awesome option, I'm thankful it exists.

Ok until it gets cold
Taste is fine. Texture gets weird when they get cold. When you warm them up, they soften up again.

I like that this millet pasta cooks quickly and has no gluten or lectins.
