One of the greatest ball I've used

I was specifically looking for an outdoor ball. I am from a rural part of Texas. Sandy kinds of dirt eventually make their way onto outdoor courts. A ball that can handle dirt and sand, yet still maintain grip is a must.Your typical outdoor ball just doesn't work for several reasons. For one, they are sometimes too grippy. This isn't altogether a bad thing. It makes learning dribble moves a lot easier as it is much easier to manipulate the ball in your hand. However, that isn't necessarily a good thing if you're going to be playing with others. Oftentimes other players dont like the grippier balls, particularly shooters. As a result, in a game with multiple balls, yours wont get chosen to play with. People aren't used to grippier balls. As a result, you're left playing with a kind of ball you aren't particularly used to. It's better to practice with the kind of balls other players are using for pickup games.Indoor basketballs don't cut it either for more obvious reasons. They catch dirt like crazy and will not hold up to the elements of an outdoor court.That's where this ball comes in. I find it's a great middle ground between your typical smooth indoor ball and an insanely grippy outdoor ball. Grip is really nice, yet smooth to the touch. That means the ball can still spin in your hand, but will is still easy to manipulate with your fingers.For indoor courts, I prefer the Spalding Game Ball replicas. For outdoor courts, Molten BG3800 hands down.

Cannot miss a shot with this ball in hand. Fyi, I pump it up to 10 psi to play outdoor and it was great. It expanded to 29.5 inches too.

I got a size 7 but the ball is smaller than expected. Almost visibly smaller than standard. Also a light ball, but I don’t mind that. Just wish it was full size.
