Most Excellent Indeed!
Well, I will have to wait until I actually wear it (it's summer where I live) to award the fifth star, but I imagine it's coming. I'd been looking at this jacket for a while, but the negative reviews, few though they be, kept scaring me off. Finally I decided to give it a shot, especially since Amazon returns are so ridiculously easy, and I am glad I did The quality is excellent, as is the fit, provided one understands that is a roomy, "classic" fit, not the skinny, streamlined look popular today. London Fog is a brand I remember well from my Boomer childhood, so it's being a Classic Fit came as no surprise, and indeed is what I wanted. I did the whole skintight clothing thing back in the 1970s, and have no wish to inflict that on myself or any innocent bystanders forced to look at me. Age is something one must accept gracefully. But I digress... A big complaint in a number of the reviews was the matter of wrinkles. The two jackets I purchased (in Dark Brown and Chili) were neatly folded in the original bags, and we're about as wrinkled as one would expect under the circumstances. A few minutes with a portable steamer, and they were both good to go. The mesh lining is of higher quality than I expected, as are the multiple and clearly useful pockets. The material is a microfiber that looks and feels like suede, and appears to be of good quality. The stitching is solid throughout, better than I have seen on many garments. Again it remains to be seen how they hold up out in the street, but so far I am quite pleased with these jackets, and will probably get one in blue as well. PS: Since I wrote this I decided to put this item to the test with regard to the alleged wrinkle problem. I washed and dried both jackets in accordance with the instructions on the label, and they came out fine, without any wrinkles worth mentioning. So, on the assumption (reasonable, I think) that they're not going to suddenly self-destruct under ordinary use, I am going to upgrade my review to give stars.

the Camel color is darker than in the official photos
London Fog is a quality brand, and it shows in this jacket. The material feels like soft felt. The jacket is lightweight. I normally wear size Medium or Large (because I like a loose fit). I got this in Large, and it's a loose fit. So you don't need to buy a size smaller or larger than you usually do; the measurement on this jacket is just right. I especially like the deep inner pockets. Also two zippered side pockets. The zippers are large but plastic, which is not ideal. Metal zippers last longer. In my experience, plastic zippers malfunction much sooner than do metal zippers. I got this jacket in three colors, including Camel. The Camel jacket appears darker than in the official online photo. The jacket plainly said Camel on the tag, so it's the right color. See my photo for what the color looks like to my camera. The photo itself looks a bit lighter than the actual jacket looks to my human eye. It's still a nice jacket.

Great jacket, poor packaging
The jacket itself is excellent. There's a classic look and the way the sleeves are set in will allow a full golf swing. However, it came in a plastic bag. When we took it out we saw it was severely wrinkled. Ironing it as instructed got most of the wrinkles out, but took almost an hour of pressing with a warm iron. It's a shame that such a good product is so poorly wrapped. We bought it as a gift, and thank goodness we worked out the creases before we gave it!!!

Great! Fits well for my body type and super comfortable material.
I got this jacket for myself (I'm female, 5'2 and 160lbs), and it fits great! I look compressed because of my height and weight, and I was very nervous about the fit of this jacket. Usually I'm a medium-large in men's, but I figured I'd try a small this time since some of the reviews said that the jacket runs big. The jacket DOES run the teensiest bit big, but it was mainly at the chest and waist for me (may be because of the difference between male and female body types). The size small will run short from shoulder to bottom if you're taller than ~5'4. The bottom of the jacket has this elastic band that runs at the hem of the jacket, so it'll squeeze your butt a little if you zip up the jacket. The quality itself is good! It's fairly lightweight, and I don't mind wearing it in the Arizona heat. The mesh lining on the inside is super soft. The pockets are awesome, too! They have zipper pockets on the outside and inner pockets with a velcro strip to keep the inner pockets closed. The cuffs at the end of the sleeve have two buttons, so it's easy to change the cuff size depending on the size of your hands. The collar was great, and I don't have complaints about the quality of the material. Overall, this jacket is better than I thought it would be! I'd recommend buying it if you're looking for a more lightweight jacket.

Soft and high quality feel
Fits perfect, soft texture, good quality despite being manufactured in Southeast Asia. Has plenty of usefull pockets, zipper is big and works well. Highly recommend.

Great Jacket
Solid jacket, love the feel of the material and the look. Really take a look at the length, its a very short jacket. Even the tall sizes aren't that tall. It is true to the measurements they gave so you can use that to see if you want the tall sizes. I'm 6ft 1, about 200lbs, I chose an XLT, The fit is perfect and I can wear a hoodie underneath. If I wanted something more form fitting, I could have gotten an LT.

Highly recommended!
I bought this jacket for my son for Christmas, and it’s a great piece. The color is a deep gray, the cut is flattering, and the quality feels excellent. It has both exterior and interior pockets, which is a nice bonus. For reference, a size L fits him perfectly—he’s 6'1" and about 190 lbs.

Nice jacket but had to send back. The large was more like an XL or XXL. Unusual.

Generous sizing, so the coat is plenty big enough. Loads of pockets. Exactly what I was after.

Compre la talla G para regalar y quedo muy bien, en talla no hay problema, el color es muy bonito, es un caqui con una tela tipo durazno, cierres y costuras de excelente calidad... Buena compra.
