Despite some negative reviews, I purchased this tap and am pleased with my decision. After using it for a few months, it has proven reliable. I appreciate the pull-out feature and the availability of two spray options. One spray option provides a bubbly flow, while the other offers high pressure. Operating it is as simple as any regular tap, and the lightweight tap head adds to the convenience. Additionally, its beautiful vintage gold colour complements our kitchen theme. While it's currently in good condition, I acknowledge the possibility of changes in the future, such as potential rust or other issues with the pull-out feature.

This tap is horrendous very poor quality down sprayer just hangs out all the time and the tap itself is of very lightweight poor quality rocking back and forth as seen in short video very unstable this was fitted by a professional plumber i want a refund

I’ve only had this tap In a couple of weeks and came home to a flood …the tap connector has snapped inside tap cheap material n flooded my house has I was at work n tap hadn’t been used….cannot contact seller for refund 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

I say if I can fix it then anyone can. It was a simple DIY task and is a very elegant tap. the flow is accurate and pull out spout works as expected. The metal does look durable and expensive. I'd recommend

From the start this is awkward to fit, the instructions say to screw in all of the pipes before fitting to the sink and putting the nut on but the pipes do not fit through the nut together so I had to screw one in after putting the tap through the sink and fiddle it through the nut. The amount of water flow is very poor so I have turned the valves to full volume but now the water is either at very hot or stone cold because if you try to mix it the cold water pressure is higher than the hot so goes up the hot pipe and it has to be run through to get it hot again. I have given up trying to fill the dogs water bowl and use the outside tap because the water runs sooo slowly.

I bought this tap end of July. Fitted end of August and the Handle has already broken, the little leaver that screws in doesn't stay in the hole. The pipes are very thin and low water pressure coming from the tap - we thought we could live with this but now the handle has broken I'm going to have to replace the tap. Really low quality product that is not built to last. Avoid.

I love this tap bought for my new utility and it’s perfect .
