Great little boom!
This has been a great book for my daughter. She has dyscalculia and this book has been very helpful. It focuses on only one skill for at a time making it easy for her to get a mastery. There are no word problems or combining previous skills. After completing this book she was able then to apply those skills to complex problems easier as she had mastered the skills needed. We have did not complete this book in 100 days because we moved a slower, but it is a great book to help master math skills one at a time. My only complaint is that there is not enough room on each page to complete the problems, we had to rewrite each problem on paper.

Hands Down Simple and Effective!
I bought this book along with Kumon multiplication, division, and decimals for 10+ since my child is in that age group because he struggles heavily with some of these concepts. He’s just started these books and does two pages of Humble math (with the same lesson concepts) and one lesson of Kumon math (not as much as it sounds) a day for his math portion of school work. He’s already learning and gaining a better understanding of these concepts that he wasn’t getting from numerous other sources, despite my explanations. The work is laid out simple with simplified examples for learning. He’s already gaining more confidence.I’m super pleased with the simplicity of the material and the break down of one principle at a time while not moving super slow, either. I also prefer learning and mastering one mathematical concept at a time anyways, which isn’t popular anymore, rather than math books that throw a bunch of concepts in one practice lesson. This simplifies learning, making it easier to grasp IMO.This book is hands down for us right here! I’ll be looking into other books from this company as we move past this one. Highly recommend.

Good resource for math practice
I have two other books in this series which I frequently use for my 5th and 6th graders as math drills. I have had good luck with the multiplication minutes and use them weekly to "test out" of the times tables each student is practicing. I have also used the Fractions, Time & Money to practice these skills with my classes. They have lots of pages in a variety of formats. Depending on the page, I give the kids between 2 and 5 minutes to complete the page. If time allows, we go over the answers. I gave this edition 4 out of 5 stars because I noticed improper use of apostrophes in some of the word problems. For example "How many pizza's and soda's?" It drives me crazy because I see this mistakes in so many places, but I wouldn't expect it to be in an educational book. Where did people learn to make a word plural? It's not consistent throughout the book, but it's one of my personal pet peeves. Since it's a book I'm using with students, I don't want them to see this and think that's how you are supposed to use apostrophes.I will be using a dab of white-out to fix the errors.

Learning again at 73!
I do not have dementia issues at all but I have forgotten some math I learned YEARS ago! This book is difficult enough to brush up on math I learned in the 60s. There are no instructions so if I don’t know what to do I research how to solve then it comes back to me and I can move along. Great for exercising old brains!

Thumbs-up!!
My child has had difficulty with understanding fractions & decimals. I like this workbook format because it breaks it down steps into easy to understand steps. My child had been able to go through the math exercises & have fun because of being able to understand fractions & decimals.Bottom line love this book & would highly recommend 👌
