The jacket material is thick, bright color, and very soft on the inside. The stitching is solid. I ordered a medium and it was huge. I'm very short and so I didn't reduce the stars based on that. In fact the reason why I gave this 5 stars is because of their customer service. They were responsive and offered to send me a jacket of the right size. Some of the brands on Amazon are a pain, but this brand the quality was good and even though the sizing chart was off their customer service was awesome.

It is warm and soft and I didn't need to wear a coat over it and it is 27 degrees F out. The only reason it didn't give it 5 stars is because the blue was more of a teal color. Don't get me wrong, I like the teal and it goes with the pants I bought to wear with it, but it was not the blue color I ordered. Also it is true to the size chart. I could of gone with a large but by getting the xl, I have some room for layers underneath.

I ordered a 4X since I normally wear a 2X in US sizing, and it was still WAY too small. I’m not a thin lady but I’m not a 4X, let alone a 4X being to small! These kinds of products need to be made to fit US bodies if they’re going to be sold here.

I bought this coat for my daughter. At her school the students can only wear black or gray jackets. So I bought this jacket, but she also wears it outside of school. My daughter really likes how warm this coat is. It's not too bulky and the style is also cute. I recommend this jacket to keep warm.

It runs slightly smaller than expected. The zipper is flimsy. The inside is soft and it does have the inside of the sleeves covered with the same soft faux fur. It is stiff, I'm hoping it will loosen up after it's washed. It also had a smell like dog flea treatment. I'm hoping after it's washed the smell will go away. Overall I personally wouldn't order it again or suggest it to a friend, but it's within budget and will keep me warm so I plan to keep it.

I did try it, it did feel great, and I liked the quality of it; but it was send me L instead of M twice, so I returned both times.

I'm a 34B. I bought this hoodie in black/grey years ago when I was bigger. It lasted me for years until it got too big since I shrunk. Came back and ordered the blue/gray. Not quite as pretty in the picture. I sold my black and grey one years ago but from what I recalled it felt thicker than this one. The one that came was nice quality and soft. I was disappointed to find out the xs fit like a small. I was hoping for something tight and snug. Had to return sadly.

This jacket is cozy! I ordered an XL as I wanted it to be a little too big. It’s listed to run small so I ordered 2 sizes to big. It fits there is no extra room. If you wear a medium then an XL with just fit. If you want extra room order 3sizes up!
