I’ve been taking this omega fish oil for a few weeks now and have definitely noticed improvements in my overall wellness—my joints feel less stiff, and I seem to have a bit more energy throughout the day. The capsules are easy to swallow and don’t have a strong fishy aftertaste, which I appreciate. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because I wish the serving size was smaller for the same dosage, but overall, it’s a solid product that delivers on its promises. I have found I’m bruising easier and this is common with taking fish oil.

These are the best omega 3 capsules I’ve tried. No fishy aftertaste and they’re easy to swallow. I like that they’re triple strength so I don’t need to take as many to get the benefits. The quality feels really clean and I’ve noticed better energy and focus since taking them.
