Good source of b12

I take one of these capsules daily (or try to) and have noticed a huge difference in my energy levels. I wasn't initially taking it for energy, but it's been a nice surprise. I've read that that high doses of b12 and folic acid are good for dementia prevention so this was my driver to take b12. I started off by taking a well known synthetic brand, but then decided to switch to a natural b12 to help my body better absorb. The pills are small and they don't taste bad making it super easy to take. This is my second time ordering this brand. As long as they don't raise the price, I'll stick with them.
