Great little brush for my poodle xGets all knots out leaving him looking handsome

Love this. It really helps with the tangles in spaniel’s ears. Go gently though as it still pulls. I use it on ears and leg feathers to try and keep them free of knots and it is kinder than a metal comb. I find a sideways brush rather than straight down seems to work best and is kindest way of teasing out tough tangles. Wish I had bought one sooner. Dog likes a gentle back scratch with it as well so tolerates the initial groom as long as I finish with his back.

Neither dog is a fan of being brushed but both will tolerate this for a decent amount of time. They particularly like it on their tummies. It’s great for working out everyday knots (they’re both longhaired) and keeping the ear floof floofy, but it doesn’t get rid of excess fur like a furminator. So, good for everyday, but we’ll still need to pin them down and use the other deshedder when spring arrives!

We have a boisterous springer spaniel who's a regular SAS dog. He often comes out of the woods camouflaged in twigs and undergrowth. Once we've de-twigged him this brush is great for de-tangling his fur - until his next misson. Unlike those cheaper brushes which shed thin metal teeth this is still going strong after a year's use and shows no signs of wear. Fully recommend.

The bristles seem at bit too bendy to pull through small mats.

The product is solidly built with very flexible bristles. Fits easily into the hand and even those with problem joints may find it better to use.It mimics a cat’s tongue which has transformed grooming my two cats. The bristles are different sizes so it can brush close to the skin and also middle coat. It’s perfect in shedding season.One cat hates being brushed, the other only when she chose to allow you to.But they both love this brush.Can’t recommend it enough.No more fights to be brushed, no more assertive scratches from kitties.

I used to have a wire brush for my dog, but it just wasn't doing the job - it wasn't getting through his fur very well and he seemed pretty uncomfortable while I was using it.But let me tell you, this new brush is a game-changer! It's seriously my new favorite thing. It's great for getting knots out and just for general use, and it works like a charm. The knots come out so easily and my dog seems so much happier and more comfortable with it. I couldn't be happier with this purchase and I would definitely recommend it to anyone in the market for a new brush for their furry friend.

Works quite well for detangling but slightly concerned it is a bit scratchy on the dog's skin.
