It's simple, but does what you expect.
Like the title says, it's just a handle on a piece of rope and it does a great job of it.

Simple rope thinner than original handle. Easy to install
Fits my Minnkota edge. Quality and durability looks a little less than original, the handle is thinner and lighter and does NOT clip on like the original handle when traveling. Compatible and 3 inches longer than original. Easy install..watch video if you need tips.

Perfect match though pricey...
This appears to be a perfect match to the original equipment and I'm keeping it in the boat as an emergency replacement. As I as the case with anything from the brand, replacements are pricey but Amazon offered the best price and delivery options.

I love the Minn kota replacement however as a tip
I love the Minn kota replacement however as a tip. I up sized the cord just enough to maintain even flow through the eyes and installed 4 inches of shrink tube in the rub point for lifetime strenght
