Are these ok for wooden furniture

When you remove the plastic backing they are very delicate so I wouldn't imagine they are. I use them for scrap booking. I don't think they would suit you for using on wood

Are these water/sunroof?

I would not think so dispite the fact I have used some similar ones on indoor plant pots they are more for decorating pages in diaries or note books.

What is the copyright status on these? For context, can they ve usef on commercial Decoupage?

I would think you could use them as there’s not really a brand as such sorry not much help
