I have a set of my own and this encourages me to try new and exciting drinks.

I picked this up as a Secret Santa present. The tin it came it looked great, and I loved the fact it came with a recipe book. I never know when a flavor is going to be "too weird" so having an included recipe guide to help out was a major benefit!I have no idea what these taste like, but the recipient was all smiles, so I count it as a success!

NOTHING SPECIAL HERE - stay with the tried and tested ANGOSTURA ... that's 'THE BITTER TRUTH'.DISAPPOINTING regardless of the quaint period tin.

This set is perfect for gifting to new cocktail makers or for bitters veterans trying out small sizes of flavors from Bitter Truth. My initial package was damaged and one of the five bottles leaked beyond repair in transit, but I was sent a replacement in a timely manner.

This is the second time I've purchased this travel set - it's a great way to get, what I consider, are the flagship Bitter Truth bitters if you're on a budget. I've since bought every one of these in large bottles and I keep this travel set handy for visiting friends. Quality packaging but do be careful... the dashers can dispense quite a bit of liquid if not careful. Not a problem, just be gentle on that first dash.Must have. When you're ready to venture out from beloved Angostura - this is the perfect way to do it.

Stocking stuffer for the hubby who is a whiskey lover. Very pleased, he’s tried all the recipes that came with it, not one is disappointing

I loved this product, having experienced it before.I wanted to order two of them, for gifts for friends.And still will in the future. Nothing like this around.ButI gave this a 3 star rating simply because the productleaked to me in transit, spilling over the outside and intothe outside container and envelope., and ruined the drinkrecipe booklets and some of the bottle labels. This made themunacceptable for gift giving....and I had to buy alternativegifts (more money outlay), due to the time crunch of the friend'sbirthdays.I should have returned them.......too much hassle, including thecleanupAsk the vendor in Germany to insure the caps on the bitters.Amusingly, the outside envelope smelled really great!!!!!!!!!!

An interesting mixture of bitters for any bartender, mixologist or casual drinker who enjoys spicing things up a bit with their own recipe. My personal favourite is the Own Decanter Bitters which is perfect in a Gin & Tonic. Grab this set and decide on your own favourite -- I loved each of them, even the celery bitters which I certainly wouldn't have tried if it wasn't in this handy miniatures set.

I only really used the Orange bitters. The rest were not as nice as Angostura. The celery bitters I hoped would work well in a Bloody Mary, but Celery Salt works much better. Nice tin, so would be a good Xmas gift, but not worth it for the contents IMO.

The orange in particular is less than half full, and that was the one I was most looking forward to. Its packaged like a gift but if you gifted it the receiver would think you'd used it! Really disappointing and there are many other options so chose another one. The only solution Amazon had for me was to return it and with current restrictions that's difficult for me to arrange. Just chose a better product!

Best bitters I've tried, perfect for sampling with gin and vodka and trying different garnishes. Uber cute tin and the bottles contain super flavours. Get some celery, oranges, raspberries and pink peppercorns to muddle. These are superior quality.

Pricey but very handy. These bitters are fabulous flavours and can add zing to a variety of drinks. I take mine with me and add a few drops to sparkling water.
