Poor quality
I sent the first ones back but these the same the gel was comming of the pads. I have bought many times never had a problem may be not stored properly

NO INSTUCTIONS
The Gymform belt does not seem to be working my muscles as there doesn't seem to be a powerful pulse. I don't know hoe high up on my front the belt should be placed. Should it be nearer my chest or my waist as it doesn't cover the whole area. There are no instructions. I have been using it for 2 weeks and I haven't lost any inches or centimetre's. I need somebody to contact me ASAP.

Gel pads far to sticky...when you remove the gel sticks and is left on your skin...very bad quality not impressed
