UPDATE: The seller contacted me about the problem and was very quick in helping resolve the issue. I have changed my rating because it was a delightful gift to give to someone who really enjoys jerky, and now that I know how serious the seller is about customer satisfaction, I will definitely look to see what other products they offer for future gifts. ORIGINAL REVIEW: It was disappointing to open the box and see an empty slot. The nine jerky bars we did get were delicious, and the overall experience of being able to gift the heart was a lot of fun. It was quite the surprise for my fiancé to open it and see jerky inside the heart. So it was a delightful gift, but I had justified the price to myself with the expectations that the box would actually have all 10 flavors (making it about $4 per flavor). It felt less worth the money when I saw that one was missing. It's something that I'm happy I bought once for the gifting value, but I definitely won't buy it again--especially at this price point and knowing I'm not the only customer who was missing one of the jerky bars.

This is a great idea & concept and I am happy I found it. Perfect Valentine gift for my man! The heart came creased & ripped in 2 spots & in their product box, so there is no way it happened during shipping. Other than that I am happy about my purchase.

I liked the uniqueness of the gift and my husband liked the various flavors of jerky.

There are 2 small pieces per flavor and I was very disappointed in the price but realize that for the unique flavors and cute packaging, it is what it is. It's a great way to try new jerky flavors not in the store.

Misleading garbage. They refuse to show the back of the individual bags. It’s literally one dog treat size amount of meat package. It’s a sampler, if that. They know what they’re doing misleading people w this. Pathetic. $3 per bite is essentially what you’re paying for. The heart shaped box it comes in is carton, you can wholesale buy it for less than a dollar from Alibaba. At least be honest w your product and don’t make misleading marketing pics.

Cute idea and cute packaging, but it’s extremely pricey for the very little amount of jerky that it includes. I wish I could return it. I would not buy it again.

Hubby loves jerky so he was excited to receive this. He’s slowly working his way through the box.
