EXCELLENT Padding!!!
So I longboard-skateboard. When I'm sliding sideways, I fall occasionally. This vest leaves me WORRY FREE. It fits wonderfully, and it has padding for your collarbone, shoulders, and spine in addition to all the chest/kidney pads. I couldn't afford to learn new tricks on my board because of responsibilities at work/college, but now I CAN. 5/5Edit:(Be sure to wear a cheap, loose-fitting shirt OVER the armor; it makes it last much longer. The reason is that the padding/plates are held in place on the vest by a thin layer of cloth, so a skid or sliding impact on rough surfaces can tear the cloth. Thus, wearing a t-shirt over it helps keep that cloth in good condition.)

What a great value! Got this for my DH rides and ...
What a great value! Got this for my DH rides and was looking to add protection to match my confidence. The large is closer to XL (44 chest) and it fits a little big. Protection is amazing and for winter riding, will add some warmth. Not sure I'll be using much on long hot rides but for those quick drops, this is a fantastic buy.Thank you
