This product really works well. Gets super cold and retains the cold for hours.

Fits nicely into Vive shoulder ice wrap. Great for a twenty minute cool down of inflamed muscles.

At 6’2” 225, 73 years of age and still very athletic I ice multiple joints every day so I need something strongly constructed, easy to use, with a good fit and covers my shoulders completely.

I bought this to use as a heating pad. It’s soft and pliable so it easily forms where needed but it’s small and doesn’t hold enough heat for the required 10 minutes I need.

I like the ice pack and how it bends to fit shoulder

This is a gel "refill". I needed an additional ice pack to use after shoulder surgery. With having a second one, I always have a fresh, ice cold, pack ready to use. It stays cold for well over an hour, going on two. I know it can also be heated for use, but I find that very difficult and time consuming to heat it in the microware for 20 seconds at a time, squishing the gel around, and continue heating. I could never get it as hot as I wanted, at it cooled off way to soon. So I give it an A++ for cooling, but a C for heating. I really only needed it for cooling anyway.

Freaking cold and stays that way for a long while.
