have these on the final level of my sump tray tower, they work great, by chance the entire package made for a perfect fit, thin enough I can add material above them, and not to heavy for the drawer, porous and permeable, its good for beneficial bacteria colonies

So far, so good, they have been in my tank now for 24 hours, and the tank is looking really clear. I'm got them in order to help with keeping the tank clean due to the fact that I had a surge in ammonia and nitrates. I'm also hoping to get a couple of live plants that should help so far after adding these the nitrates have gone down significantly. Now I'm just working on the ammonia. I'll definitely post again in a couple months to see about any updates.

The filter looks very good,Because the bottom of the tank hasn't arrived yet,The filter material can not be used, also do not know how the actual use effectIt's just a friend recommended to buy,friends use it very good, I think I use it will be very good

Very good quality, really good surface area, glad I settled on this set, it was kind of a coin toss between this and a more expensive set I don't really have the money for right now. I planned on get these cheaper ones for the time being, and replacing them with the more expensive ones when I can afford it, but doesn't look like I'm going to need to, after all. Very happy customer.

It works great for my 20 gallons fish tank. Now water is more clear and clean. I just put few inside the tank and few on the top of my filter. And u just wait for it to build up nitrifying bacteria and get a better environment for the fish

Really impressed with this media filter . it's helping me to save so much time . I don't have to change the water so often( 20% tank )after I feed my axolotls. Turn my cloudy fish tank into sparkly clear water in about 15 minutes -10 blocks work the best in 40 gal tank

I put them in the tank when I got them weeks ago I even buried a bubbler under a pile of them but if anything my water just got worse. I'm still having to change my water and do a full clean every few days despite only having about than 15 small fish in an 100 gallon tank. My water is only clear the day I change it the very next day it looks like this again. I have 2 cascade filters filled with carbon, a whole cleaning crew and I've recently started feeding my fish live tadpoles and shrimp to aid with the cleaning a bit but I don't have luck. I really hoped these stupid rocks would make a difference I've spent probably $1000 on this tank in just a few months tried everything but still can't see my dang fish 😑
