I ordered the size 0 (26-29inches). Fits me well, might be a little big because my waist size is 25 inches however I am still a satisfied customer! I love it. It is super comfortable, no wiring or anything that pokes my back. I work 12 hour shifts, on my feet all day, and do moderate lifting. And I have to say this back brace helps me a lot and my back feels good after I take it off.

I have scoliosis and work in a warehouse handling heavy packages every day. I purchased this back brace so that I can help reduce any injury or pain on my lower back. I was looking for something with thick padding but breathable. This back brace seems to be doing a good job so far. It helps correct my posture as I'm lifting the packages up and down. I am happy with this brace.

Bought for my daughter who has back issues and she wears it a couple hours a day maybe 3 days a week and it didnt last 4 months before a tear and rip has began. Worked great when new but not durable. Bought in October and Feb it is ripped.

I am a 290lb 56 year old man with a 45 inch waist. Above I have a classic man gut that is much larger (I can't bring myself to measure it 🥓🍕). I (luckily) have no back injury -- just lower back muscle fatigue that sets in after 30 -60 minutes of standing). I bought the Size 8. This seemed to fit just fine. I just took it out of the box and put it on. Since I didn't read the instructions (who does that?) I figured out it was upside down after 30 minutes (velcro connection on the right side boys).I am completely out of shape and sit at a desk all day, car seat, or a recliner. I purchased this brace in order to "survive" a family vacation requiring me to walk 2-3 miles a day (on level ground of course) behind the kids. There is no way I could have kept up with them without this brace. Of course its not a miracle (I did have to sit down at a bench for back fatigue for 3-5 minutes every hour.) It also gives me hope that I could get into shape enough to take a job someday requiring me to stand all day.I made no effort to "optimize" how to wear this. The velcro probably requires a one time adjustment (like a backpack strap) in most cases.

So far so good, I wear this at work everyday and since I have been doing so I come home free from back pain, its a wonderful feeling. Im on my feet all day at work, sometimes just standing in one spot for hours. I bought my exact size, my waist is 26 inches and I got the 0. Fits snugged, which is better to me, however it is adjustable.

I bought this for my 10 year old daughter for support as she plays on the computer in the smallest size available. She seems to enjoy it as I have to make her take it off quite often.

This is the only product of it's type that has ever really worked. No complaints. Really stiff in the back and yet fairly comfortable.

It has defenitley helped my back when I sit in my office chair at work, however, it's a little small. My breathing is a little inhibited.
