I love these, but they're a bit too small for a gram of ginseng extract powder which was my goal. Because I had to pack the soft fine powder it takes me a couple of minutes per pill to pack, adding and tamping several times both the bottom and top and the max I can get if I pack the material in tightly to where the two halves barely fit together is about 980mg per pill. While I could pack 500mg per pill much faster and just take two pills, I think I am going to get the #000 size when these run out in a couple of months. I bought a kit with implements and 3d printed a holder to load these, and with that I found it easy to use. These are completely tasteless and have no ill effects on my digestion. The capsule manufacturing has been very consistant across this batch. Being pure gelatin, they disolve easily so don't get them wet. Over all these are effective for delivering the ginseng to my system which I take along with MegaRed omega-3 krill oil to help with my attention and focus. Also these are gluten-free and free of other chemicals. I highly recommend these for making pills from powder, but unless you want to spend a lot of time packing these with a tiny scoop and tamper, don't plan on loading these with more than 600mg of material. Instead buy the larger size or plan to pack these with a lower dose and take two pills at a time. The picture shows the scale with the weight of the holder and an empty capsule tared out and the material in the capsule tamped tightly. The capsule is filled to the point where it barely fits together and it's slightly under a gram.

Good product. I have not had any side effects. The capsules are a little thicker than others, but they still work. Stomach acid should break them down easily. They’re easy to recap once you fill them. They are easy to swallow if you don’t have a problem with the larger sizes. Take them with water.

Great price! Easy to use, consistent size, great quality. Just like other gelatin capsules they dissolve when wet and have no flavoring. A must for those who want to save money and make their own capsule supplements.

Good quality and the perfect size. I’ll continue getting them since I have lots of fruit powders to turn into capsules. It’s more convenient to take fruit powders in capsule form since it makes it travel friendly and I don’t have to worry about humidity messing the freeze dried powder.

This is the third bag of XPRS Nutra capsules that I've gotten (second bag of 00). I really like making my own supplements because I know exactly what is going in them. I like that these are made from gelatin, these particular ones aren't vegan but they do have a vegan version as well. In 2500 capsules, I've only encountered two duds, I call that a huge win. The 00 is larger than 0. The capsules dissolve nicely in about, eh, 2 minutes or so? The bag they come in seals easily, there is a silica pack in there to keep them dry, they don't stick together. They capsules are easy to separate and easy to close. I will continue to purchase these for my health and wellness routine.

More than 30% of the capsules where damaged. Packaging is not the proper way to keep it safe. Very dissapointed.
