Got this laptop because it was a touchscreen/keyboard combination with a decent memory. I was replacing abroken iPad that I used in combination with an older heavy laptop. I really like how much lighter this Jumperlaptop is with only a slightly smaller screen then my older laptop. The computer worked well until 1 month and 4 days after receiving it. The laptop then would not take or retain a charge . Since it was over one month, I had to contact Jumper regarding the issue. They had me return the unit for a new one. The new laptop works well also and so far the charging is not a problem. (The adaptor plugs in more securely on this one) I really appreciate that Jumper handled this for me, and in a very timely fashion. I had not heard of this brand prior to purchasingthis laptop but would now recommend this product/company.

I bought this tablet to be used as a book reader and casual game device. After only four months of light usage, the charging port does not work. Device is useless if you can't charge it! I contacted Jumper three days ago via email and a message on their site. Absolutely no reply. Spend your money on a quality product, not this junk!Update - If I could lower my rating I would! One response from Jumper asking about my charger five days ago. Responded immediately that the problem was the charging port not the charger. No response since. Customer support is non existant!

I bought this tablet for my wife, worked really well when we first got it, then it got to the point where it was hard getting it to come on. After a chat with Tech Support, i was told to try the power on and Vol- buttons at the same time, came right on. Performance wise, this is really good for general web surfing, email, shopping (a little too good), and playing games on line. Graphics are nice and good camera.

I was a bit skeptical about this tablet. I wasn't familiar with the brand, but the specifications were what I needed to run my CAD program (full-blown similar to AutoCAD), and the price was great. I realize that tablets are getting to be more sophisticated and powerful, but I still wasn't completely convinced. But sure enough, I was able to work remotely while traveling, which is what I needed. The quality is great. I had a little trouble connecting to a monitor, and the keyboard is so tiny, my normal keyboard shortcuts were not in the right places, but hey, still a great little tablet.

I like the notebook. It is easy to easy and efficient. However, it is very slow. Also, the attached screen appears to be sensitive. Overall, I do like it and it is very convenient. Not sure if I will purchase it again. Great value for your money.

This very well could've been better than the first 2 in I bought. I loved everything about it except the fac tgv that just past 30 daysof having it it would no longer charge past 15%. Nor hold that charge. I'm having to return it for a refund only because theres no replacement for it. Thank you Amazon fir letting me do that. Now in th ed midst of covid-19 I have to travel 45 mns to a UPS store to send it off, but it shall be done.

I use this tablet for personal use. Although it's only been a few days since unboxing, the rewards have been most satisfying. I added a 256GB micro SD card as an additional drive. Amazon offered a special one day pricing and I couldn't pass that up. So far, I have found nothing to be dissatisfied with. This tablet is awesome. The reviews were helpful and did not disappoint. Highly recommended.

Sent it in "used very good" condition, which actually means broken. No foam to secure tablet or keyboard in it's box, had an improper cord, screen was separated, and it wouldn't fully turn on even after I got the screen to go back together, and was able to press both sides of the power button. At least the return was relatively painless.
