Great plotter. Ink extremely expensive
Produces great quality prints. Ink is extremely expensive. Ink cartridges hold a small amount of ink compared to other plotters.

Great company, great product
We got our printer today and had it up and running within hours. The company touched base with us after the order, making sure the product they sold us would best suit our needs. We would happily do business with them again!

Worst purchase
I had high hope when I purchased this plotter thinking it would save me some time and money from the shops but boy how wrong I was. Only after a few months it started to have issues and wouldn’t let me print, customer support was no help at all, a lot time and energy wasted on this worthless machine. And don’t even get me started on how expensive the inks are. This machine is definitely made to make you pay more for the parts and inks so they can keep draining money out of your pocket. If you are thinking of buying it, think again, and again.

It is great for printing off plans to scale. Print is clear and color is accurate.

Very expensive to maintain
This printer produces beautiful prints, or at least it used to. I had to replace the printhead last October and now it says I need a new printhead again. It's impossible to get service and support on the Canon website. Also, the ink is ridiculously expensive and has to be replaced frequently.

Not a good printer
I originally had an older version of Canon which was a great printer. I used that machine over and over for years but finally broke and I though I can purchase another Canon printer and get the same quality. Dead wrong. This new machine has a very small cartridges so you have to purchase new ones constantly. The print head broke down after printing not even 100 pages. "Bummer" that's another $500 right off the badge. Very disappointed with this machine and with Canon.
