Always always wet. WET. Putting it on dry hair will rip your hair out.

Do I use this on dry hair?

Use it before shampooing on wet hair.

Does the apple cider vinegra burn your scalp?

I have a few spots that are raw on my scalp but this stuff didn't burn any. This stuff is great. I put it in my wet hair and gently scrub then leave it on for 5 to 10 min then wash it out. Scalp feels great.
