This is fabulous white chocolate. Smooth, Creamy, and melts like a dream, not too sweet.I ate it with pretzels for that white chocolate covered pretzel craving.I highly recommend this product, and I will buy it again.this one is worth the money.I've always had good results with Belcolade. It makes the best chocolate covered strawberries d/t it's smooth melting properties.My friend worked for a chocolate factory for 40 years and he says, 30% is the real deal.

These were wonderful. Arrived perfectly fresh…melted like a dream. Used to make white chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream and dipped strawberries. Will definitely buy again.

This appears to be a fine product. But if you can use 5.5 pounds of white chocolate, you can order Callebaut brand, as good as most any Belgian chocolate, for about a third of the price and get it within 2 days or so. Plus you will not have to deal with an impertinent seller should you have a question or concern.

Very thin. Does not coat well. Whole batch of dipped pretzels were thrown out. It never set up as a coating.
