Fitness Pulley System

I am so glad that I ordered this. I ordered this during the pandemic when all the gyms were closed. I was skeptical when I ordered it and even more skeptical when I received it ... HOWEVER it is amazing. All I needed was to attach a hook to my ceiling and attach the cable and put weight plates on and it was ready for use. It seems like a tiny skinny string but I have loaded it up with weight plates and it withstood the tension. I have doing lat pull downs and bicep curls and triceps. I ordered a second one so I could do cable crossovers. The attachments included are great and worth the price paid by themselves. I had a small issue and contacted the seller and they went above and beyond to help me. Gyms just opening and I did not lose any strength using this set-up for three months (I may be stronger). I highly recommend.

It's good for the price. The cable isnt a cable it's more like rope I dont see it lasting, but for right now it does do good. The pulley is great, super quiet and it seems to be well made. All together good buy recommend for sure

This is a great product. The pulley is SILENT and the nylon rope works much better than I would have imagined. The handles provided are of great quality and the loading pin is sturdy. The rope was a little longer than I needed but I wrapped it around through the carabiner a few times to shorten it and that solved the problem instantly. I would go as far as to say that this particular lat pulldown home system is the best on the market. It handled a standard 35lb plate with no problem and for kicks I even added an extra 15lb kettlebell to the 35lb plate and it worked with no problem. These aren't necessarily designed for kettlebells but I wanted to increase the weight and it worked so I'm happy.

This cable set has been a great addition to my home gym and weight rack. This expands the range of exercises you can do at home if you already have plates.Two things I dislike are that one cable is permanently affixed to the two handed bar and the carabiners are not the best quality. Otherwise this is plug and play for a wide variety of exercises. Five stars based on what you get for forty dollars.It took me a minute to figure out how to use this to do bicep curls, and pictures are attached.

So far, 3 weeks of usage.For the price it’s ok, it does an ok job for the items provided. After purchase, I do see other exact or very very similar products branded by other names/companies for either 29.99 or even as higher that 60.00. They just slap their logo/sticker on. Look for yourself to compare prior to purchase.Although I have to point out the description that mentions Biceps, this is false or misleading. I believe you would need an additional pulley , so you would actually need 2 pulleys, included instead of one, so this will dock -1 star.As for functionality, it works ok to well for triceps, you will need to exercise in a slow controlled manner, which is good and better for your form anyways. I also use this system to work my abs, on your knees and move your head towards the floor/knees. Need to be careful to also move slow in a controlled manner.Holding weights, the max so far I use is 75 lbs, so far so good. Not sure if I trust sustained 300 lbs yet based on my observations. The rope is very thin. The more weights, it seems to want to sway/swing more, this is why I mentioned the slow and control manner of movement, if not, the weights could swing too much and cause damage or injury.As for the rope length, not a problem for me, even though it’s longer than needed, I was able to easily ghetto rig a knot to get the perfect length, took a couple of trial and error tries.

I used this kit to add a lat pulldown to my home gym and it works great.The pulley is far better than most out there and there is little to no noise compared to others.The weight pin is a plus as other kits just use a cable with a ring on the end to hold the weights. Only con is that it is a small diameter so the weights aren't held centered. Minor dislike but still functional.The amount of included handles is ridiculous and allows for multiple exercises to be performed.Great kit overall. May buy more to add extra functionality.

The "90inch" rope is actually two separate pieces, neither of which are 90". It's unfortunate the one rope is built into the bar, so you can't even replace the rope. The wrist straps received are not what's shown. The "1inch" loading pins is more like 3/4inch. The carabiners are basic mini keychain quality. Probably not rated for high loads. The pulley is very noises and also not what was advertised.

Nice addition to home gym. Little pain to set up and take down with my set up but it works
