Solid quality can
The can is well made. I prefer this shape for carrying spare fuel on my boat while cruising. For whatever reason, the shape of fuel cans changes completely about every year so this specific can was hard to find. My two complains would be the price and the lack of a proper cap. There was just a cardboard piece where the cap should have been. I donโt use spouts for my application and find that the spout sticking up just gets in the way. Thankfully I had a spare cap on hand.

New design requires spout to stay in place
Looks well made but there is no way to store the jug without the spout in place, which makes it a snag hazard on a boat. Made a disc to close it. The spout requires contact with the container mouth, making it awkward to fill a boat tank. Will pour it into a big funnel without the spout.

You can't stow the nozzle.
As was stated in a previous review a can is a can. My biggest beef with this is the nozzle has to remain on the can, it acts as the cap, if you leave it off the fuel comes out. I bought solid caps but you have to attache the nozzle by tying it to the handle. Other cans you stick the nozzle back into the can and its stowed.

Works as intended. Safety nozzle is difficult to use.
It doesn't leak, but the safety nozzle is a pain. I end up taking it off and using a funnel. I got a vent for it, which helps. It's a great asset for my boat.

Did the engineer every USE the spout?
The cans are cans, but the 'safety' features render the product useless until you cirumvent them. I timed 5 gallons of diesel took 12minutes to pout into my fuel tank. That's 12 minuites (of 35 lbs at shoulder height ) AFTER I stopped having combat with the safety release, which didn't fit into my fill tube. Plus the exposed base/top of the tube collects dirt and debris that you have to clean away before using the fill spout. The first thing ANY user is going to do is defeat the safety features to make the product usable. Sure it absolves the MFG of liabilty for stupid people, but for gawd sake, if you're gonna make a safety feature make it useable. Two stars ONLY because it gained a star when I cut the fill tube with a hack saw.

Hope you donโt need the Diesel out of the can
The valve is almost impossible to work, You have to hold the 5. Gallons of diesel just right and then push in, it has not room for less than perfect. Does not work at all with vertical fuel entry. The can opening is restricted just past the top thread making it hard to get a third party pump into. Simply a poorly designed can. Who would have thought you could screw up a jerry can.

Quality
Great can. Remove the anti-spark insert and invert the spout for storage. Would be nice if you could get the version available in AUS without the EPA garbage. Installed vent for faster pour. These should be available without needing modification but big govt has to interfere so everyone is screwed.

Heavy duty plastic can does what itโs supposed to.
Solid fuel cans. Not a fan of the safety spout, ends up spilling more fuel and it saves.
