What is the option for "green" or "no artificial color"? What does this mean?

I did not even noticed that when I ordered the box. I ordered the "green" one. I might get the other one on my next order. But I will tell you this.........SHE loves the hay...and since it comes with so many of the flower parts of the hay.........it is a win, win
