Perfect antidote for tar spots
Very effective in removing tar spots. Just spray and wipe. My whole car got sprayed with fine mist of tar while driving on an under-construction road. Internet forums recommend Kerosene, Diesel, WD40, etc. but I was not sure of potential damage to the paint. I haven't seen any reviews for this product but as it is made in Germany I decided to try and bought 2 cans to clean up the whole car.It turned out to be a life saver and far exceeded my expectations. I just had to spray and wipe. Everything evaporates quickly so there is no mess left behind. It also means I had to do 1 SQFT area at a time to avoid drying up. I also rinsed off each panel after it is cleaned just to be safe. I had to use it on paint, glass, rubber, chrome, etc. and it worked great. I can tell from the smell that it is Kerosene based but it is very fast-acting and very convenient to use (just spray and wipe) and doesn't leave any residue/odour, etc. I was able to clean 90% of the car with just one can (mine is a large sedan) and good that I bought two :) It only dissolves tar deposits and can have unwanted effect if applied on other type of deposits, test a tiny spot before proceeding.While the product deserves 5 stars, the packaging and delivery experience was poor. This is an aerosol can and it had no packing except for the cardboard box, lids were separated when I opened the box. The item reached Bangalore (my city) pretty early but the courier guys were lazy and took two days to deliver it. With Amazon Prime, the quality of packaging and delivery times have deteriorated. It is clear that we won't be seeing those great packaging and sooner than promised deliveries any more.

I am satisfied with the product and shall recommend it.Now in details- My silver color car had got Tar (bitumen) stains from a new road under-construction. I had ordered and applied this product after 6-months from the date of stains. I had used a clean towel cloth and rubbed the painted door surface immediately after application of the spray. Tar got removed but I had to sweat a bit while rubbing. Paint is undamaged. The product smells like kerosene.

Don't buy
Please don't buy this, it will not remove tar but surely will remove paint from car body panels. OK stay away not at all happy money wasted.
