Great Value - But I keep getting Blue Screen of Death on Latest Drivers
This product is an excellent value. I've bought two. Lots of power for a personal PC. Great that it has an SSD, plenty of RAM, and built in WiFi - all in a great little package.I've been frustrated, though, by multiple daily Blue Screen of Death crashes that point to the Intel Video driver that it came with (igdkmd64.sys, "VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE", and apparently there is no newer driver yet available, according to the Intel tools for managing drivers. This is on a machine that only has Office and Zoom on it, and isn't really working that hard. It will crash on us randomly and often.I so want to love this NUC, and I really expect that a simple driver update will make it a perfect little PC; but without a driver available, this thing is driving my family mad with lots of BSOD's - the most recent of which happened in the middle of today's Zoom school class.UPDATE: Lowering review from 3 stars to 2 stars. The warranty doesn't seem to cover the whole unit. While this is sold and delivered as a full PC, Intel regards it as a kit, and they've told me that the warranty only covers the box and motherboard, but none of the rest of the internal components that came inside this product. So, while they regard my unit as defective and have offered to replace it, I have to remove the RAM, SSD, etc. from it, and then rebuild the PC with the replacement parts they do send me.

Small but capable
I've been building personal computers since they were introduced but it is nice to purchase one that is no muss, no fuss, plug and go. This is my second and slightly more powerful NUC that I bought solely to run the Plex media client on to watch videos and movies. Just plug it in and Windows will take you through the steps of setting it up. It is always best to then go to settings and apply all updates right away. The box will then be all set to go. My only wish would have been for a DVI or display port video output instead of the older VGA port but I'll mostly be using the HDMI output. There are always the option for using a USB to DVI or HDMI adapter if I needed to connect a second monitor. This computer is quiet and boots up fast on its internal SSD. It is easily mounted to the back of most any sized flat screen display or television set with the included bracket.

A lot of power in a little box
I bought this NUC for a family member that was in desperate need of a new computer. I had experience with the higher end models, but was in need of something more economical. This seemed to fit the bill, so I jumped for it.Everyone is always surprised how small it is. It does have an external power brick, like a laptop, so be aware. Even so, it has everything you may ever need built in, like wireless, high speed USB, Ethernet, and multiple monitor outputs. The setup was standard Windows 10, which is very easy to get through in modern updates. It’s different from older versions (this was purchased as an upgrade to a Windows 7 machine) but it’s generally a familiar environment. Also, it’s faster than I expected! Even with its Celeron processor, it is quick and smooth getting through everyday productivity and web browsing applications. If you’re just needing a good desktop experience and aren’t looking to do any heavy tasks, it’s more than suitable for it.I’d definitely recommend this model, even if it’s a little older now, because it sits at a great price point for an upgrade system! Very pleased with my purchase.

Thumbs up.
I have no clue about computers. My husband wanted a particular game so I read the minimum requirements for the game and used that as my guide for computer shopping. I already had a monitor and keyboard that I love so this little desktop computer was a good match. It came with multiple electrical plug options which threw me for a moment. I wanted something ready to go out of the box. It was really no big deal but had not expected it. It was pretty simple then to hook up and get started. Once it's turned on it walks you through a quick setup on the screen.I have zero idea if it's a good value for the money.Beware seller OJCommerce!

Great little unit
Love this! We use it to store family photos and videos, plus other important family documents. The 2TB SSD storage makes it pretty snappy to use, and to upload/download/browse media.Detracting one star for the cheap and clunky power plug. It is a very big, unfriendly plug that doesn't play well with power strips or wall sockets. It says "in the interest of saving $1 for manufacturing I'm going to make this very difficult to plug in anywhere." In 2021, power plugs should play nice.

Great replacement for slow desktop or notebook.
The NUC worked perfectly out of the box per the configuration ordered. I carefully checked to make sure everything was there including RAM, Drive Size, SSD not HD, and Win 10PRO which was up to date. Adding chrome I had this up and running in 15 minutes. I bought this computer for standard desktop work to replace a notebook and the difference is night and day. Web pages are fast as is the overall response.
