It is recommended by the floor manufacturer and even though it costs more than any other wood floor cleaner I still use it.

Great product line to care for real wood floors

I used this to clean our new duChateau floors and it worked great. They advise you not to use anything but their cleaner, and I don't want to risk my expensive new floor, so I can't really compare it to other products. Our installers did a lot of walking all over the floor in their dirty boots and this did clean off a lot of stuff. The instructions say to mix it with water; be sure to use a bucket or bin that you won't need to use for anything else. I used a white plastic dishwashing-type bin and found that it left an orange-y residue after pouring out the used cleaner. I can't get it off even with a scrubby sponge, so I guess that is my floor cleaning bucket from now on. Not necessarily a bad thing, just something to be aware of. I gave it four stars for that reason and because the price is so high.

If you are lucky enough to have Du Chateau flooring in your home this product is a must.

nice product. we use plain, very slightly damp mop weekly and the parquet cleaner once a month.

I agree with another review - This new formula makes the floors very slippery, it's just not safe. We have the flooring on stairs as well and people slip at the bottom if wearing socks. It also doesn't have the nice essential oils smell that the previous formula had. With it being so expensive and the slipping issue, I will be looking for an alternative.
