This is a lovely kaftan. I purchased it to wear at a dinner party at my home.Good things about it: * The inside ties can be adjusted for an individual fit. * It is very comfortable and the lining is thick enough that you do not need a slip underneath but if you are anticipating being in a situation with a strong backlight I would check that just to be sure. * While it does have wrinkles when it arrives I hit mine with a handheld garment steamer and they came right out.Bad things about it: * Its very long. If you are under 5'6" or 5'7" you will probably have to have it shortened, even if you are going to wear heels. * The sheer overdress is cut square which means that when your arms are down there is a lot of extra fabric hanging down at the corners. The material should have been cut on a curve to correct for this. Since I can sew I basted in an approximately 6"-8" length of thread in the sheer fabric from under the bottom of the sleeve end opening down toward the hem and used that to pleat up the extra length.

I love this dress , because it is simple and very elegant I wore it for an evening program.

This is a beautiful dress but it is too long to fit the average sized woman. I'm 5'5 and this one sized dress was too long for me. If you're going to buy this dress, make sure you're at least 5'9 because these dresses are designed for taller women.

The kaftan is so beautiful. The decorative neckline is what drew my attention when it appeared on my screen. In real life it is heavy enough to remind the wearer that it rest upon your neck but not too heavy to be a distraction. I love the dress.

This kaftan was gorgeous... I felt like an princess while wearing it. I'm 5'4 and the pwnght was perfect I wore my Nike airmax underneath because of comfort and the fact no one could see my footwear unless I showed it to them. This Kaftan also came with a head covering .

This dress is lovely. I like this beautiful dress. I like the fact that the decorations are very light in weight. This is the best thing about this dress when you compare it to the other dresses. I bought eight dresses. This dress is my favorite.
