FIT1ST Aeromat Elite Power Rope Medicine Ball

drop your ego when getting this... mine is a bit much(heavy)... i got the 15lb but im still working with it... ill be there in about a month to really get the best use out of it.

I had heard horror stories about balls flying off the ropes, splitting after a few uses etc. I read recommendations for balls that cost 4 times as much. I chose the Aeromat because 1) I am the only one using it and I will not abuse it 2) unless the ball splits completely in half it CANNOT fly off the rope. The double rope goes through the ball then loops around a large washer and comes back through the ball. It won't go flying anywhere unless you let go of the ropes. I bought the 12# ball first but that is quite heavy for seated twists. I now have a 6# ball as well and that made a huge difference in speed of performance. I do use the 12# ball first and then followup with the 6# ball at much higher speed. The only thing I don't care for is the treatment of the rope ends. They are taped (heavily) and I just feel that could be done in a better, more secure manner. The bottom line is, I am very happy with my purchase.

I was a little skeptical about purchasing this power ball. But after receiving it, I must say I’m pleasantly surprised. The generous rope is perfect and just what I was looking for! Great buy! Can’t beat the price!
