Non stick coated, effortless cleaning and in budget product
I recently purchased the Hawkins Wok with Lid, and I couldn't be more pleased with my decision. This wok has completely transformed my cooking experience at home. The quality of craftsmanship is evident from the moment you handle it—the sturdy construction and non-stick surface make cooking a breeze. I appreciate the thoughtful design of the lid, which helps to lock in flavors and moisture while cooking. Whether I'm stir-frying vegetables, or simmering sauces, the Hawkins Wok delivers consistent, delicious results every time. Cleanup is effortless, thanks to the non-stick coating. Overall, I highly recommend the Hawkins Wok with Lid for anyone looking to upgrade their kitchen essentials. It's become an indispensable part of my cooking routine!"

Good Product
Have been using it for few months now , only on induction. It does spready heat across the vessel, and it is good. It is reasonably heavy and it is good for cooking and i am happy with the product.the wooden handles in the tawa is good definitely needs 2 hands to move the hot tawa around. this handles are not apt if you intend to use one hand and pour / transfer the contents into another pot when it is hot. The handle in the glass lid is poor , gets loosened. I had to look for alternative in couple of months.

Very good quality. Long lasting. Scratch reststant. High bottom thickness helps good heat distribution, but keep an eye when cooking in high flames.

Best triply kadai
1.This kadai is sturdy , and takes low oil in comparison to aluminum and other steel kadai .2. You can't use it with zero oil , but I think no one in India cooks food with zero oil and then put oil over cooked food for garnishing as people do in foreign countries.so yeah you need a little oil to cook in this kadhai.3. So it's a very good cookware . It's not as sticky as my other normal steel pan.4. Food cooks very fast in this kadai due to overall heating . Like dry cabbage ,Tadka for daal which includes onion tomato etc.5. You can't forget to turn food while cooking for longer time like for 10 minutes as you can do in non stick , otherwise food will definitely stick in it's bottom but this thing will happen only when you cook dry items like lady finger etc. Where you completely avoid water .6. I am pure vegetarian so I can't say anything about how this kadai will work for non veg dishes.7. Only point which can bother someone is it's wooden handle which in long term slightly starts looking older .8. Mostly people avoid instructions that's why they damage their non stick and this type of cookware . Don't use steel scrub and metal spoons . For non stick it's completely no- no , your non stick cookware will destroy in one wash due to steel scrub but this kadai will tolerate it but will get so much scratches that it's looks and smoothness will get destroy .so use wooden spatula and other non harsh scrubs to maintain it for long term .So overall you can definitely try this triply , as this is from reputed brand Hawkins and then also cheaper than other kadai offering by some other brands .

Sturdy and reliable.
It may not be as fancy looking as compared to other brands like Vinod/Bergner, but due to its low key appearance it blends well with other utensils in the kitchen.I have been using it for more than a week, and i had forgotten to season it as well but inspite of that error, no incidents of sticking were found. All one has to do is keep the flame at low/medium, so yes one has to have some patience and can't cook in a hurry. Also, its quite heavy so elderly folks at home will complain handling it, but guess with 3 layers, this can't be avoided. It also cooks more uniformly than other aluminium kadai's, so food tastes better...Cleaning is somewhat difficult, the remains of food tend to stick, one has to soak it for sometime in hot water to remove it. Also, there already are oil stains around the rivets which i can't remove with dishwashing fluids. As per the manual its also not recommended to be put into dishwasher, so that's another point to keep in mind. So, besides cleaning issues, great piece of utensil to have in the kitchen at a very reasonable price compared to the competition
