These fit perfectly with my Philips avent bottles and medela hand pump! This was a perfect way to pump into a larger bottle making storage easier or pumping directly into my babies next bottle. It’s easy to clean and small enough that you can store anywhere!

A review of the quality:These adapters are great! I haven't bothered with the extra ring/seal, and I have had NO leaks! In the enclosed materials, Maymom notes that they have listened to customers and included the seal rings, but I don't find them necessary. I think this is a quality product, made connecting to my bottles so much easier!Review of why they were purchased:These were purchased to fit my Medela Pump In Style Advanced, or Symphony (PiSA) pumping parts to a Philips Avent storage cup. Works great! My only gripe (and this is not to Maymom- they are fantastic!) is that the Avent storage cups that nestle down when in storage have their own adapter to fit Avent, which means I had two adapters, which seems a bit excessive. Since then, I have moved on to Lansinoh storage bottles, no need for two parts. That said, I think Maymom is fantastic, and I've purchased at least four different types of replacement parts from them!

I bought these adapters to connect my Avent bottles to my Medela pumping equipment. Of course I am always worried when I buy a 3rd party product, but the reviews are right for this one- they worked with no issues. This is great- I can pump right into a baby bottle and skip the extra step of pumping into a Medela bottle and transferring to an Avent bottle. I try to be picky with my purchases- but I will be saving time spent washing the bottles, save space in my dishwasher (OMG baby items can take up an entire shelf in there!), so these are worth it. I store them with my pumping equipment after washing.As for the seller- I goofed with the purchase and had a question that required communication with the seller. Their response was super quick, and took care of me super quickly. I need other Medela accessories and will be happy to purchase them from the same seller- they offer a bunch of Medela-related supplies! Thank you!

This is advertised to adapt wide to narrow opening for pumping, but it also works to adapt to a narrow bottle nipple!For example, we had a variety of wide and narrow bottles because we weren’t sure which my child would take to. He ended up liking the narrow bottle nipples, but since we had so many wide bottles, I didn’t want to waste those. So this adapter works to use the wide bottles and narrow nipples. Specifically, we have the ‘nfant’ brand rings which seem to work well.

I am expecting my first child in about 2 weeks. I ordered this conversion kit to help convert my natural avent bottles to be usable with my madela breast pump. It was hard finding a conversion kit that worked for my natural bottles (vs. classic)... They seem to attach seamlessly. So happy I found a solution and I can pump directly into my natural avent bottles instead of having to pour my milk over into them. I also bought the sealing discs by avent to be able to store my milk (I ordered them here off amazon as I could not find them in stores- I tested them with water and they seem to seal perfectly... just pop the nipples out of the rings and pop the sealing disc in- if you want to look them up they are called "Philips AVENT BPA Free Classic Bottle Sealing Discs... and again, yes they do fit the natural bottles).

I cannot write enough positive reviews about this product. I am an exclusive pumper. I pumped for two years with my first son (before this product). I am currently pumping for my second son (three months old). Due to the volume of milk I pump (especially in the morning), I would often have to switch Medela 8 ounce bottles mid-pump to accommodate the amount of milk produced. This product allows me to use my Medela Personal Fit Connectors/Breast Shields directly with my 11 ounce Philips Avent Natural Bottles. I have had no leaks using the adaptor and sealing rings. I can then put a nipple on the Philips Avent bottle and feed it directly to my son. This has been a time saver for our family. It saved me from pumping into the Medela bottle, pouring it into the Philips Avent bottle, washing the Medela bottle and repeating the process. I prefer the Avent bottles over the Medela brand due to their wide opening (making it much easier to wash), and this product allows me to do this! Many reviews here swear these fit the Avent Natural bottles, specifically the glass bottles. I don't know what to say, but that is far from the truth. I recently got a 3 pack of Avent Natural Glass bottles from Amazon and these adapters simply do not screw on. The threads on the adapters are too thin for the thicker glass bottle threads. It's not even remotely close. I had the same problem with the Phillips brand adapters but I could muscle those on (but those leaked due to not coming with a seal). I thought maybe I got a bad batch, so I purchased another Glass bottle from buybuybaby but same issue. All I can imagine is that Phillips updated their threads, but this I find hard to believe too because then all of their replacement parts won't fit new bottles either. Again, what can I say, but I think all of the reviews are wrong.

I purchased these for my Philips avent bottles so I could pump directly from my medela pump in style into the avent bottles. It is so much more convenient to pump directly into the bottle baby girl is going to use, plus I’m not losing any milk fat or droplets from transferring. I also didn’t bring enough bottles to work to pump into and forgot my lansinoh bag adapter and slid the bag over the outside of this and it also worked! Super impressed!

Simple and easy to use

Cela fit parfaitement avec mes biberons AVENT de Philips. J'ai même testé avec un bouchon Medela et c'est complètement étanche. Reste à le tester avec le tire lait pour voir la capacité de succion. Pour le moment je suis très satisfaite !** UPDATE **J'ai essayer l'expression du lait avec le modèle Swing et le modèle Symphony : c'est MERVEILLEUX !!! Je peux exprimer directement dans mes bouteilles Avent (Philips) que je préfère à ceux de Medela. Vraiment un super achat !!!

We use this to connect our Ameda pump plastic top with our Avent bottles. That way we save on washing the Ameda bottles.It works. We actually use it without the rubber ring as the Ameda plastic pump piece is always on top and there are no leaks when used this way.

No fault of the product. Quality seemed good. Unfortunately it didn’t fit the Tommee Tippee bottles we have. Very hard to tell in the description the width as it’s not listed in a measurement, only stated as “wide mouth” which times tippee are. If a mm measure was listed it would have been great

Super happy!!! My baby likes only small rubber nipple from Similac bottles. But on those bottles there is no graduation. Now I can use my avent bottle with small nipples. Thanks!
